Supplements, reductions and payment conditions

General terms

On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2:00 pm.
On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am

Pets: small-medium size pets are allowed (maximum 10 kg). The cost is € 6.00 per day (without food). The cost is to cover the necessary cleaning of the rooms at the end of the stay. We kindly remind you that pets must be kept on a lead in public areas and are not allowed in the dining room.

Our prices include 10% VAT.
The accommodation tax of € 2.00 per person per day is not included in the room rates shown on the website and on our booking engine.
The tax does not apply to children under the age of 14.

Supplements and reductions

Single room supplement: + € 11.00
Double room for single use supplement: + 20%
Full board supplement: + € 15 (drinks not included)
Third bed / fourth bed reduction: -10% / – 30%
Discounts for children:

  • 0 – 1.99: free. Cots may be used without charge. Service upon request.
  • 2 – 7.99: – 50%
  • 8 – 12.99: – 30%


Payment conditions and cancellation policies

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash up to € 2999.99
  • Debit card
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Cartasì, Eurocard)

The booking of the stay becomes final with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay by bank transfer to the bank account IBAN IT 74 N 08078 35070 00000 200 6583 – SWIFT / BIC CCRTIT2T20A payable to Hotel Londra and the account held at the Cassa Rurale Giudicarie Valsabbia Paganella Ponte Arche branch.


Cancellation policies:

In case of cancellation from 15 to 8 days before arrival, the penalty amounts to 30% of the cost of the stay; from 7 to 4 days before arrival, it amounts to 50% of the cost of the stay; from 3 to 1 days before arrival and in case of no-shows, it amounts to 100%.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
