The wait staff was extremely accommodating upon learning we spoke only English. They even printed an English menu for us! Beautiful lake view from the balcony which made it very authentic Italian!

Our stay in your hotel was really really pleasant. We - the whole Austrian Ice-Swimming Team enjoyed it a lot. All your staff members were extremely kind, friendly and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and at home. We especially enjoyed the daily messages on the menu card with best wishes.. - that was such a nice idea. And the birthday Tiramisu for one of our colleagues - just awesome.
